Merchandise Purchase Information and Terms.

Delivery:

  • When will I get my order?
    It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on
    your location, but can be estimated as follows:
    USA: 5-8 business days
    International: 10-20 business days.
  • How will I receive my order? Printed Wall Art is rolled inside a sturdy cardboard postal tube. Clothing is packaged within a strong plastic postal bag.
  • Where will my order ship from?
    I work with an overseas print & fulfillment company with facilities covering orders worldwide!
  • Will I be charged customs or tax for my order?
    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your country and local customs/tax office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
  • Australian orders will incur GST.
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
    Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:
    * Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.Check your Tracking Number. Ask your local post office if they have your package.Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be at, or use a PO Box. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with me at johnandersenart@gmail.com and provide your order number.

Orders:

  • How are your products made?
    I work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
  • What type of ink do you use?
    We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink-jet technology.

  • How do I track my order?
    If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at johnandersenart@gmail.com
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email me at johnandersenart@gmail.com immediately (within 5 days). You should provide me with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
    I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges:

Important Information:

Your order is purchase of a Product for which you have paid the applicable fee and/or other charges that we have accepted and received.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the website Site. Before ordering, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct name of the recipient. Correct delivery address and postal code/zip code. Up-to-date telephone number, and email address. These are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. John Andersen Art will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address inappropriate phone number, or that you’ve selected a wrong size, product, or did not select a correct payment currency option as provided at checkout.

We deliver to most places in the world. You shall cover delivery costs. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.

Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you/Customer after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law you release us any any other parties from any and all claims and demands, as well as any and all damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and other expenses incurred or suffered by John Andersen Art, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, relating to or arising out of any right, claim, or matter (a) which is disclaimed by John Andersen (or for which John Andersen provides no guarantees) under this Agreement, or (b) for which John Andersen is otherwise indemnified or released by you under this Agreement.

Once you have confirmed your order, it will not be possible to edit or cancel it.

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case John Andersen will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
